The full figure in rupees — 4800000, not 48. No ranges and no "negotiable" here; write that in your note below if you like. The rate per cent is worked out and printed for you. A property without a price cannot go on this board, and that is deliberate: it saves you answering calls from people who would have walked away at the number.

Nobody checks these answers, and nobody should pretend otherwise. "I do not know" is a proper answer and is always on the list — a guess printed as a fact helps nobody.

The one-time code goes to this number. It is not printed on the page — a buyer presses a button to reach you.

  • This board is free. VICTORIA INSTITUTIONS charges nothing to post here and takes nothing from any sale. We are not agents or brokers, we do not introduce buyers to sellers, and we take no commission or fee of any kind.
  • YOU MAY POST ONLY YOUR OWN PROPERTY. A post made on behalf of an owner by an agent or a broker will be removed without notice. This is not about your licence: every listing on this board says it comes from the person who owns the property, and that has to stay true.
  • IF YOU ARE A REGISTERED REAL ESTATE AGENT, ADVERTISE AS ONE. Take a card on our property pages instead: your K-RERA registration number is printed on it, and readers can see exactly who you are and what you do.
  • Builders, promoters and real estate projects are not accepted on this board at all, in any form.
  • VI VERIFIES NOTHING ON THIS PAGE. The extent, the survey number, the land classification, the Data Bank entry, the CRZ position, the price and the ownership itself are all your statement and yours alone. The one-time code proves only that the phone number you gave was in somebody's hand at that minute. It proves nothing else.
  • Everything you post is published immediately and can be read by anyone. Your name and your town appear on the page. Your phone number is not printed, but any reader can reach it by pressing the contact button.
  • A post stays up for 90 days. After that it comes down on its own and you can put it back with one tap. If you do not, the post and its photograph are destroyed 30 days later.
  • You can withdraw your post at any moment from the same page you posted it on. The photograph is deleted from our server when you do.
  • Our town agent may take a post down and must give a reason. You will be told if that happens.
  • Anyone may report a post. Complaints go to our Grievance Officer, Name of the officer (grievance@deverkovil.com), who acknowledges within 24 hours and settles the matter within 15 days.
