Where it is

English letters, numbers and simple punctuation only, 20 characters — do not trust the client-side check alone; this is enforced server-side too.

Street and pin code are the two lines you write yourself. Everything else on this form is a choice from a list. Anything other than the street written here will be taken down.

  • This board is free. VICTORIA INSTITUTIONS charges nothing to post here and takes nothing from any tenancy. We are not letting agents, we do not introduce landlords to tenants, and we take no commission or fee of any kind.
  • YOU MAY POST ONLY YOUR OWN PROPERTY. A post made on behalf of an owner by an agent or a broker will be removed without notice.
  • THE ADDRESS FIELD IS FOR THE ADDRESS. It is the only line you write yourself. Anything else written in it — a description, a claim, a condition — will be taken down without notice.
  • VI VERIFIES NOTHING ON THIS PAGE. The rent, the advance, the condition of the building and everything else here is your own statement. The one-time code proves only that the phone number you gave was in somebody's hand at that minute. It proves nothing else.
  • Everything you post is published immediately and can be read by anyone. Your name and your town appear on the page. Your phone number is not printed, but any reader can reach it by pressing the contact button.
  • A post stays up for 30 days. After that it comes down on its own and you can put it back with one tap — we will ask whether it is still available. If you do not, the post is destroyed 15 days later.
  • You can withdraw your post at any moment from the same page you posted it on.
  • Our town agent may take a post down and must give a reason. You will be told if that happens.
  • Anyone may report a post. Complaints go to our Grievance Officer, Name of the officer (grievance@deverkovil.com), who acknowledges within 24 hours and settles the matter within 15 days.
