In the first year, the domain registration, server cost, and website creation are borne entirely by VICTORIA INSTITUTIONS. From the second year onward, these costs are the merchant's responsibility.

Typical delivery time is 10 working days, counted from the date complete content (text, images, and preferences) is received and payment is confirmed.
