message to yourself works fine too. Having them ready means you can fill in the whole
submission form in one sitting, without stopping to search for text or photos halfway
through. Go through this list item by item. Everything marked *
is required; everything else is optional but recommended where noted.

@ (e.g. info, contact, appointments) (optional — up to 5, first 2 free)

- Institution Description * — general information about the
institution: history, mission, and background. (Departments, facilities, visiting
hours and your KCEA number all have their own items below — no need to repeat them here.)

Two things worth knowing before you type your text:
Every photo you upload is automatically resized and compressed — upload any size, any
shape, and don't worry about file size. And in any text box on the form, you can make
words bold, italic, or coloured using a simple typed syntax explained right
there on the form — no need to prepare that in advance.
How many files can you upload at once?
One submission can carry up to
40 files. The 40 counts every file you choose in
that submission together: header photo, logo, home page photo, brochure PDF, department
photos and doctor photos.
- If you have more than 40, submit the first 40. Then open the same link again and add
the rest in a second submission. This is free before your website is delivered.
- In the second submission, choose only the new files. The files you sent the
first time are already saved and stay automatically — leave them as they are.
- Do not tick “Remove photo” for a doctor whose photo should stay.
- Do not choose new photos for a department that already has its photos — new ones
replace that department’s whole set.
