Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: July 2026
1. General Policy
All sales made through deverkovil.com are final. Once payment has been made for any service — the Website Creation Service or a Business Promotion Listing — no refund, credit, or exchange will be issued under any circumstances, except where a refund is required by applicable law and cannot lawfully be excluded. We encourage customers to review all service details carefully before submitting payment, as payment is treated as a final and binding commitment to purchase.
2. Website Creation Service
- All payments are final. Once payment has been made for the Website Creation Service, no refund will be issued, whether or not development work has begun.
- Domain registration: Domain registration fees are non-refundable once a domain has been registered, as these are paid to the domain registrar and cannot be recovered.
- Hosting charges: Hosting charges for the first year are non-refundable once the hosting account has been activated.
3. Business Promotion Listings
- All payments are final. Once payment has been made for a Business Promotion Listing, no refund will be issued, whether or not the listing has yet been activated or published on our webpages.
- Listings are provided for the fixed term confirmed in your acceptance email.
4. Cancellations
You may withdraw a pending application at any time before payment is made, free of charge. Once payment has been received, the order is final and binding, and cannot be cancelled for a refund.
5. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy limits any right you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable Indian law that cannot be excluded by contract. Where a refund is required by law — for example, where a paid service is not delivered at all — we will process such a refund strictly in accordance with, and only to the minimum extent required by, that law.
6. Payment Gateway Charges
Any payment gateway transaction fees are non-refundable in all cases, including in the limited circumstances described in Section 5 above.
7. How to Raise a Concern
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, or wish to raise a concern regarding a payment, write to us at admn@victoriainstitutions.com with the subject line "Payment Concern" and include your full name, registered email address, and acceptance reference number. We will review genuine concerns promptly; however, this policy governs the outcome of that review.
